I've never had a problem here, I normally order on line and pick up either later that day or the next. It does get busy so you can wait a while to get served. The staff are generally friendly and helpful. I use these guys for most of my diy needs.

As usual… a good service from Screwfix in Sunbury. Staff always there to help with an order or advise of alternatives. Only grip is the wait time for the item to be picked even when they are quiet is longer than you would expect. Other than that it’s a great place that I will always go to for my DIY needs.
