Since being taken over and named Nebel there are even more issues with this pharmacy. The shelves are pretty bare and the last two days the queue has been nearly an hour long. With customers waiting on urgent prescriptions and being turned away.. I was told to come back the next morning and the prescription still was not ready and when received incorrect. If you care about your loved ones and cannot wait an eternity for medication I suggest you send it to the local Tesco pharmacy.

If I could give them a zero star rating, I would! The customer service at this chemist couldn?t be worse. The staff are rude and unhelpful. I have had trouble accessing my repeat prescription every month (for the past 18 months) but this month tipped me over the edge when I was actually told they no longer use their Lloyds email address but didn?t have the sense to tell anyone or set up and autoforward. Apparently this was my fault for not checking ?oh and 4 days to prepare a prescription is allegedly not enough time for them. Avoid at all costs!

I've only be to this pharmacy once a year or so ago and they seemed ok. Today i phoned them to ask if they had a particular medication. They didn't have it in stock which is fair enough but the woman that answered the phone was very surly and abrupt. I won't be bothering with them again. The funny thing is I was thinking of changing my pharmacy from boots to Lloyd's because they can often be rude and stroppy. It seems to me that all pharmacy i like this.

I went to collect a medicine from them which was sent electronically by my Gp. The dose of the drug was not available so they gave me the prescription to find another pharmacy which may have the dose.I couldn?t find the dose prescribed in any other pharmacy and went back to them to send the prescription back to the surgery to advise that the dose prescribed is not available.They refused and said it was my duty to call the Gp and advise them about the dose that is available at the pharmacists.It seemed ridiculous that a patient calls the Gp and advise about the available doses and what dose they should prescribe. This is clearly the pharmacist?s job to do not the patient.As a result I changed my nominated pharmacy to another one.

My husband went to pick up my prescription the staff were very dismissive member of staff she was negitive to my husband and the other 7 people in line\\nHe went to Boots they couldn't be more helpful

We have been with this pharmacy for 1 year and we will be leaving today. After I gave birth and picked up a prescription, they very rudely questioned if I had a maternity exemption certificate. I didn't have it in hard copy with me. They warned me about a fine if I was lying.They dispensed my latest prescription incorrectly and I needed to chase.They have had my daughters prescription for 2 weeks and not called us to say it was ready.They are rude and dismissive and the pharmacist is so abrupt and has no people skills.Luckily we have a choice of pharmacies near us and we will be going elsewhere and never stepping foot in there again. Good riddance.

Do not book a pre-departure travel covid test for this branch as the Lloyds website allows you too? They cannot do it. No ownership or responsibility taken by branch or central teams in ensuring the website system is accurate.

I would rather give this Pharmacy No stars at all!!Their manners are absolutely appalling. Firstly their customers should be treated with respect and secondly people are generally going there because they are unwell. The staff and Pharmacists there are offhand unhelpful and extremely rude. I would highly recommend that if you can find another Pharmacy nearby then give this business a very wide birth! I would rather drive to another town then go back to these premises.I only wish I looked at the previous reviews on here beforehand.

I totally agree with Charlotte. I have had the misfortune of dealing with their rude and incompetent actions for years. I had no choice as it was my mothers pharmacy. She was housebound so had to solely rely on blister packs. They would forget to send them. When I complained they were offhand, unhelpful and rude. I complained to head office several times for all the good it did. My mother has sadly passed now, but at least I never have to deal with Lloyd's again.

Always being very helpful and knowledgeable. I am looking at some of these reviews and find them to be incomprehensible. Also on the people saying the staff are rude and unhelpful I would say that you need to look yourselves in the mirror, I'm pretty sure you have the same experience anywhere you go. I think the people do a great job and have seen when they have had difficult customers who expect the world to bow down to them because they are snobs.

Had to go down 3 times within 1 week to get a prescription. First time told me it hadn?t arrived from the doctors (who confirmed they?d sent it 3 days earlier, told me to come back 2 days later when it would definitely be in and ring first, called 11 times over 4 hours no answer so went back 2 days later and still wasn?t there and staff were rude when I said I?d followed their exact instructions and they hadn?t answered the phone and didn?t have the prescription ready. Went back 2 days later, again tried to phone ahead 6 times no answer, and they had it finally but didn?t apologise for their failings or even give good customer service, they were actually very abrupt and rude again. Really really poor.

I had a prescription to pick up for myself which the doctor Emailed to the Lower Sunbury branch.I Got there at 11.30 am. I was told that because the prescription was Emailed I couldn't be served for 4 hours and to come back at 3.30.I went home and came back at 3.30.They had not looked at the prescription and it would take 30 to 45 mins to set up.I went home and came back at 4.45.The only bottle of the medicine they had was out of date and I would have to come back tomorrow.I got them to give me the prescription which I took to Boots at Sunbury Cross. 10 minutes later I have my medicine.....Draw your own conclusions.
