Lovely staff but toilet hand sink is leaking that needs to be fixed asap as it's slip hazard as well as it make the area unhygienic please get that sorted asap !!! Don't want to give 1 ? but had no other option thank you

I absolutely love visiting Costa in Sunbury every morning for breakfast or to work on my laptop. The atmosphere is delightful, and the staff, especially Aga and her team, are always friendly and welcoming. They take the time to ask about my day, which makes the experience feel warm and sociable. I truly love coming here :)))

I've been a regular here for many years and am always greeted by super friendly and experienced staff who go out of their way to make every customer feel welcome! I must admit I don't venture away from my usual cappuccino so can't judge other items on the list, but the venue is cosy, spacious, clean and very well run.
