We had amazing experience at the restaurant yesterday. We were promptly served with a suitable table, Ammar, our waiter, was very pleasant and patient whilst we were choosing the dishes. However the star of the evening was the restaurant's manager Paulo! There was a small and really mixed up with the dishes, and he immediately stepped in and resolved the situation in calm and professional manner. Even a free deserve was offer, which was very kind and totally unexpected! We will definitely return to this restaurant. Also would recommend to any of our friends.

Food was really nice and would order again. I ordered via Deliveroo so food was slightly less hot than I would have liked but still delicious. Katsu curry could have done with a tiny bit but sauce but overall a decent takeaway meal.

Always the best to eat. Never goes wrong in any part of the time we are in there. Thanks to Maurina for her lovely service and all the others who served us with a smile and kindness.

Really disappointing food had yaki udon and I had ingredients like chikuwa and fried egg and my dish was so pale in colour lacking soya sauce. No taste and really cheap quality for the price. Then the other dish was meant to be a coconut curry couldn't taste it whatsoever. Starters came out half way eating our food and we all got our mains at different time. For the price very disappointing. Do feel it's bit cheeky put up prices but take main ingredients out that add that little extra. All I can say lady who served us was lovely. That's about it really. Will not be eating at wagama in a hurry. So not the same it's lost what it stands for.

Food was really good specially compared to their other locations. It felt a bit difficult to get the attention of the waitress every now and then but other than that really good.

Amazing food and service. Very well run by Victoria and super service from Daniella who served us. Me, my wife and 2 boys came twice in a week - Tues and then Sat lunchtime. Real genuine kind staff who really care about the customer experience. Nice job guys! Look forward to returning.
