As someone with an allergy for food options on the bottomless brunch menu there should be more for choice. However our server Poppy was amazing friendly, happy and amazing overall!!!

My friends and I visited yesterday for food and drinks, and overall, we had a great experience. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by a lovely young Asian lady at the door. She greeted us with a big smile, promptly directed us to a table, and was also seen actively serving drinks and assisting guests, she seemed genuinely attentive and hardworking.
The menu had a fantastic variety with plenty of appealing options, and both the food and drinks we ordered were great.
However, one thing that stood out to all of us? and not in a positive way ? was the behaviour of a white female manager who appeared to be spending a significant amount of time chatting and laughing with several team members near the kitchen area. It didn?t seem like a quick team huddle, but rather an extended and casual conversation. At one point, there were around four to five floor staff gathered there, engaging in the discussion while the restaurant remained busy (almost full). It gave the impression that this manager was unintentionally distracting the team and forming a group, which may have impacted the overall attentiveness in the restaurant.
Meanwhile, the Asian gentleman in the white shirt appeared very professional and was consistently working hard the entire time we were there.
While the service itself was okay and the atmosphere enjoyable, I believe better floor management and more focus on guest service during busy periods would have elevated the experience even further.

The food wasn't what we expected but it was ok. The staff were nice but didn't really come around we had to beckon someone over twice.

I recently visited the Turtle Bay branch for dinner, and unfortunately, the experience was far from acceptable. Upon arrival, we were left waiting for five minutes before being greeted by a staff member who was apologetic. After another 15 minutes, we were finally given a seat.
Once seated, it took a while before anyone came to take our drink and food orders. We placed our orders, but when the drinks arrived, they were made incorrectly. I went to the bar to ask for a change, and the bartender told me he would consult with the manager. He returned to inform me that the manager had refused to change the drink, suggesting that I either drink it or buy another one. I was disappointed by this response and left the drink untouched at my table.
However, our starters arrived, and I have to acknowledge they were great. Unfortunately, things took a turn when my partner politely approached the manager again to ask about the drink. Instead of offering a solution, the manager began shouting, stating, ?If you keep asking for another drink, who is going to pay for the first one?? This level of disrespect and lack of customer service was deeply upsetting.
To make matters worse, our main courses arrived, but they were incorrect. This seemed intentional given the sequence of events, which only further ruined the experience. At this point, I decided to leave, but to my surprise, I was still charged for the full bill, despite the many issues we had encountered.
This experience was completely unacceptable. The poor service, lack of professionalism, and refusal to resolve any issues left me frustrated and disappointed. I will not be returning to this branch again and will be sharing my experience with others.

Joe and Tom specifically were amazing on our recent visit to turtle bay. They kept us so comfortable and made sure we were topped up the entire time.
Very happy and cheerful when coming round, and just a general lovely experience.
