Bed in room 210 is very lumpy and noisy. Time for a new mattress l think. Shower tray has mould in it. Could easily be cleaned but why bother.

Me and my partner had spent all day stuck and tried to book a room online and came to staines Travelodge hoping to get a room for the night but missed the bank to put cash back into account to book online , the lady at reception Felicia was more than hospitable and helped us to still manage to get out room booked by using her own card to book with for the cash of the room booking, exceptional customer service and would definitely come back here again due to the very friendly and kind lady !

Best place to stay in reasonable rate

We stayed for one night, from July 12th to 13th. We were given Room No. 1, which smelled strongly of cigarettes and mold. The receptionist was very grumpy and seemed unwilling to assist when I asked for help with the room card, which had stopped working. The location is good, but the management is extremely poor.

Rooms were a bit dark and dingy with an unpleasant smell..
I didnt want to stay here so accepted the loss and booked the Travelodge down the road in Egham ... much better!

Not the greatest stay. It?s advertised and new and upgraded but the room was just awful, strange stains on the carpet and hairs in the shower on arrival. When we tried to check in they lost our booking so it too ages to get our room which was irritating after a 6h drive. we definitely won?t be back

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in .Air conditioning doesn't exist here they offer you a fan .The bathrooms are grim and honestly I would always recommend premier inn any day .good location as it's not far from Heathrow,Thorpe park ,LEGOland .However I would never recommend staying here at all .

Great location. Our room was on first floor and, although it was beside the road, we kept the windows shut and weren?t disturbed by the traffic. Both my partner and myself had a good nights sleep. There was no hairdryer in the room, but I was able to borrow one from reception. It was quite basic, but clean and adequate for a night or two away.

Great location, clean rooms, Tapfu was on reception when we arrived late and went above and beyond to move our rooms so the family were close together (he did that without being asked) much appreciated.
