Ordered Angelic bouquet for my wife's birthday. What she received is simply pathetic (see pic below). Sent an email to them asking to send the right flowers( copy can be provided). In reply they only sent a delivery confirmation. Pathetic company sending pathetic bunch of so called flowers. Never again!

An excellent service that I would definitely recommend. I rang up quite late in the day and needed some flowers delivering in the local area. They were super helpful and arranged an ad hoc bouquet for me that looked wonderful. The recipient was really happy to receive them and I appreciated Tracy & co going the extra mile.Thanks a lot!

Beautiful arrangement arrived for Mother's Day - our mum was so pleased! The ordering process was easy with a great selection of flower arrangements to choose from, and having the option to add the glass vase and balloon was a lovely additional touch. Will use Tracy's florist again in future.

One thoroughly happy mother. I asked for a beautiful scented basket and Traceys florists delivered. They're always polite, friendly and accommodating. I've order from them several times and they're always consistently fresh, last absolutely ages and just on point every single time. The price is reasonable aswell. I never go anywhere else for my special occasions flowers :)

Fantastic work as always from Tracy. I'm a repeat customer as her prices are fair, her website is easy to order on, and the collection option is nice when delivery isn't needed. She's also very kind as well! Great customer service. Highly recommend her

Received a bouquet from my Husband for our Anniversary.The bouquet was stunning and presented beautifully with good instructions on how to care for the flowers. Was so pleased I then used Tracy's for a bouquet for a friend.Received a bouquet from some work colleagues for a recent bereavement and they were so beautiful. Especially loved the colours, chosen flowers and presentation.So when I wanted some flowers for my Step-Mums funeral I knew exactly who to go to. I wasn't 100% sure what I wanted but had some particular flowers in mind, Tracy's helped me to pick something that looked so lovely and more importantly colourful which is what I wanted. I had to travel by car/boat to the location and do two stop overs and the flowers stayed in perfect condition.
