Wow.. Never had it been fun and positive to go to a bookstore with such amazing staff under the new manager Aneel who gives such a positive friendly vibe to the shop aura you enjoy to buy things.

Thank-you very much, the books arrived on time, you were very helpful, I really do apologize that I can't remember your name, but you made everything happen so that my daughter got her books on time. Just been in to The Works, I used to enjoy going into the Bicester store, the store manager always greeted me. This store, I walked into bickering staff, one of whom slammed several boxes of pencils down, most likely breaking the leads in the process. I walked straight out, I'll go to Hobbycraft instead.
