Went into the Staines store on Boxing Day and both staff members at the till processing my purchase were the most unfriendly and miserable pair I've ever encountered. No hello, no smile, no thanks and made to feel like a burden just for buying something! Horrible experience. Never going in there again.

Thank you so much Eddy for helping me today. I went in to purchase the Tea Tree Clay mask but they haven?t had it in store for a while. Politely offered to put some in a tester container to take back with me and advised to order online as not sure if it will come back in range. Super polite and friendly. Went out their way to assist. Perhaps the best customer service out there?! Really helpful staff with great suggestions. The non comedogenic beauty balm is ace, as is their eye shadow, for my very sensitive face!
