Noreen was so helpful when I went into the staines store and she was so friendly. Even though they didn’t have everything I wanted in stock she still did her best to have a look for me.

Went into the Staines store on Boxing Day and both staff members at the till processing my purchase were the most unfriendly and miserable pair I've ever encountered. No hello, no smile, no thanks and made to feel like a burden just for buying something! Horrible experience. Never going in there again.
