Had lunch here with family, the service is terrible there only seem to be 2 waitresses serving, and had a wait just to be seated. Eventually when we got served the food was good but was overpriced, used to love this place but seems they are more interested in charging a fortune for food you can get anywhere else in staines for a lot less.

Long wait for 2 simple starters ? ?
After the plates were taken we were then notified no mains left we have to reorder something 49 minutes later food came out
Not all together different times ? ?
No smile plates thrown on the table and walked off no cutlery had to ask ??
Ribs only worm not happy
Very poor service
When looking round the table not been cleared floor not swept
Toilet were clean but floor wet
Not had a bad experience here before hope this will be the only time
Shame it was for a special occasion

Came in for a cheeky cocktail (two4one).
Little bit of chicken, chips and a few fajita wraps.... spent almost £80.00. Amazing sticky atmosphere ?

Food is very overpriced, £20 for a burger!!!!!!!! Service was very good, my wife asked for coleslaw, got pickled slaw. Won't be going back in a hurry. Bill for 3 people was £140!

I recently dined at TGI Friday's Staines with my partner, and unfortunately, the experience was far from what we expected. Despite the restaurant being relatively empty (with only about 10 tables occupied), we had to wait for a good 3-4 minutes before being seated. The staff were all gathered at the back, chatting and giggling, completely oblivious to the customers waiting to be served.When we were finally seated, it was done with reluctance, and our request for a warmer seat was dismissed outright. Although I could clearly see that other sections of the restaurant were open, we were told they were closed and were forced to sit directly under a vent. This felt more like an excuse for laziness than a genuine restriction.The service was painfully slow. Despite the restaurant being far from busy, we waited 15-20 minutes just for our drinks. The waitstaff seemed more interested in socialising with each other than attending to their customers. Orders were confused, and there was a noticeable lack of care in how they handled our requests. When our nachos arrived, no plates were provided, and we had to specifically ask for them, which is just basic service.To make matters worse, my second order of drinks was completely missed. I ordered another drink while eating the nachos, but it never arrived, despite me reminding the staff. By the time I was halfway through my main course, I had to cancel the drink altogether. There was no apology from the staff for this oversight, which only added to the overall frustration.The food itself was another letdown. I ordered hot wings that were supposed to be tossed in Frank's hot sauce, but they arrived dry and bland. I had to pay an additional £1.25 for extra sauce, which still wasn?t enough. My partner?s chicken burger was adequate, but nothing exceptional.To make matters worse, the cleanliness of the restaurant left much to be desired. The toilets were filthy, with broken seats, foul smells, and toilet paper scattered everywhere. I was also shocked to see staff eating McDonald's food in the dining area?hardly a vote of confidence in the quality of their own kitchen.It feels like this restaurant has been left to the staff to run without any proper management oversight, and it?s clearly not working. The poor service, subpar food, and lack of cleanliness make it hard to recommend this place to anyone.I?m writing this review to warn potential customers?think twice before dining here. The entire experience was disappointing, and I noticed similar dissatisfaction from other tables as well.

Food was rather average with the boneless wings being a small portion. The Frank?s hot sauce was not to my liking, though the ranch was solid. The burger and fries were decent, but nothing to rave about. Nothing negative about it, but nothing exceptional either.

This has to be the worst restaurant I have ever been to racist rude staff the manger is the bartender chef and waiters hair in my food my daughter got extremely sick after eating here she was brought to hospital and had food poison avoid at all.cost

Really poor quality food in tiny portions at a rip off price. What is in that photo cost me £25! The ribs were ok i guess the sweetcorn tasted like dish water the coleslaw had 4 bits in it total!
My mates food was equally disappointing.
TGI used to be a cool place to go to but they have dropped the size and quality big time.
Not only that that tables were dirty, menus sticky and there was dirt and dust everywhere.
Will never go to TGI again, simple as.
The lady serving us was brilliant though.
