I have been a customer with Superdrug ever since I was a child but the experience I had today at the Staines branch was such a horrible thing where one of the customer service women was serving the customers at the till and we joined a que of two people infront of us she served everyone until it was me and my sisters turn and suddenly there was another que. She started to serve the other people who joined the que I asked her why she is not serving us and she said you are not in a que i again asked her why she didn?t tell us we have to form a new que and also why she was serving the customers who were here before us.Her response was ? I don?t have to tell you? I am sorry but are you not here for the customers?It was pure racism to me and Superdrug is somewhere I would never go back again in my life.

A clean and well presented store. Customer service at the tolls is fine. Unfortunately you can rarely find staff to help 'on the floor' so to speak.

Wanted to give feedback on Soumia in the Staines Superdrug store who pierced my ears and my 4yr old daughter's ears. She was so friendly and patient with my little one. I was so thankful to her! We are so happy with our matching studs. It was really quick and I felt virtually no pain (An injection is more painful). Superdrug do not use guns and thats why i chose to come here. I didn't book an appointment, just walked in and waited 5mins to be served. I took the advanced after care solution and I've transferred it into a spray bottle for ease on my little one. I'd 100% recommend Superdrug for ear piercing. Thank you Soumia for your kindness xx

As a brand superdrug need to put a sign up saying 241 offer can't mix and match other brands that have the same offer ,When the price came up more expensive i asked if that was the offer price , she said no nothing has come off , i said I will double check as they had signs saying 241 over there just incase .She said you can but it won't make any difference(I thought that was very rude) , anyway I checked and all the stickers and all of them were 241 and nothing stating otherwise so I asked the Young women that was there why ?She explained why and I was like that's very confusing and she said unfortunately we get them like that and we have to put them out and confirmed it was confusing(she spoke to someone on the headset to confirm) .I said OK, no problem and I decided I can't be bothered to buy them now so went back just to let the lady know and I explained it was confusing and i no longer wanted the items , she said I spoke to her on the headset and she looked irritated that I changed my mind and didn't offer any apology for the confusion.I understand if I was rude or angry getting that response but I was politeI work in customer service and i have to deal with complaints and upset customers all the time so I know a calm friendly voice with an apology or saying ill give you our head office number and a some what happy face does wonders to ease people's frustrations .

Me and my mum went into the store and the perfume is behind the tills, my mum is trying to see what she would like to get and the person serving us says to us it annoys him when people take to long looking at the perfume, to me you don't say that to a customer its just to rude and she was also trying to get his help and he just acted like he couldn't care less

In the store in Staines, for the first time I was not allowed to use student discount with my superdrug loyalty card. I always go to other Superdrug stores with my kids and have never had an issue. The woman in the Staines store said my son could only use his student discount if he took out his own loyalty card. My daughter bought my stuff in the end on her card, The staff were not at all polite or welcoming.

Ajay is an absolute star! He served me today and was so friendly and chatty, made me feel so welcome. Just thought he needs some recognition for his lovely customer service.
