I recently visited the Superdrug store in Staines upon Thames to complete some billing, and unfortunately, my experience was marred by the behavior of one of the staff members, Georgia. She was extremely rude and making it clear that she wasn't interested in assisting me.
The lack of customer service skills displayed by Georgia was disappointing, especially considering the importance of such skills in a retail environment. I hope that the management will take steps to address this issue and provide better training for their staff.

Creepy lady who is always at or near the eyebrow or piercing area at the back, usually just stands there and stares none stop when shopping the make-up - every single time! Then there is a young girl who wears a covering who is constantly staring too. What is it with these people? Don't the staff have anything better to do? Avoid this branch of superdrug now.

Just got served by the rudest person ever. I asked her i would like a discount and don?t have my card. Usually, everywhere i go (and I?m a loyal superdrug customer) they only asked for my email, no need for card. But the person on the till insisted and even said that ?I don?t have time to deal with this?, when there?s not even a queue. Will never be going back. I?ll be switching to boots from now on. In the photo, she?s the one wearing glasses, not the one near the window.

Vee is a lovely nurse and thoroughly went through all vaccines I need for travelling. She made me feel completely at ease and is a lovely woman. Would definitely recommend going here for vaccines or any other services!

Went to Superdrug in Staines to see about getting information on Vaccinations for Cambodia and the nurse on site was extremely helpful and informative. I would recommend anyone to book there appointments here.

I have been visiting this store for years however recently I?ve been coming in and being served by Georgia who has been making the experience unpleasant, which has left me feeling unwilling to return. Every time she has served me she has been impolite and made me feel like an inconvenience for asking to use my Superdrug card or student ID.

I have been a customer with Superdrug ever since I was a child but the experience I had today at the Staines branch was such a horrible thing where one of the customer service women was serving the customers at the till and we joined a que of two people infront of us she served everyone until it was me and my sisters turn and suddenly there was another que. She started to serve the other people who joined the que I asked her why she is not serving us and she said you are not in a que i again asked her why she didn?t tell us we have to form a new que and also why she was serving the customers who were here before us.Her response was ? I don?t have to tell you? I am sorry but are you not here for the customers?It was pure racism to me and Superdrug is somewhere I would never go back again in my life.
