I?m usually very happy with the service here?the staff are generally lovely, and I stop by most days. However, I was served by Mel today, she barely acknowledged me, and handed me my order with a dismissive attitude. I also watched her make my coffee, and it was one of the more disappointing ones I?ve had here. I think Mel could really benefit from some additional training in both customer service and coffee preparation. Sort it out.

I use Starbucks on a regular basis and the staff are very polite.
My wife really does enjoy their hot chocolate and I stick to a cappuccino.
Their prices are on par with other coffee chains that I use.
To sum up ,this is a great place to relax and enjoy a hot drink.

The sausage bap smells worse than faeces, and after one bite, I'd say similar taste, not that I've tried pooh, but if I was to, I'd guess it would be very similar. 1st & last time eating in one of these dumps.

Usually use here to meet with a friend after work as it's open later than normal coffee shops. Ond lady there very pleasant, unfortunately the other is quite rude.

Staff isn?t friendly at all. I would not choose this brand if I use another option close by.
