“The staff are amazing and friendly. I would also like to thank all the staff in the store as I had left a bag in there store a few weeks ago and when I went back in there today to ask if they had found it they said they had it out the back for me. I was so relieved and happy that it had be found by lovely people it made my day. Especially this close to christmas.”
“Very busy shopping centre and always a significant queue to get parked. Not a lot of well-known shops... they seem to be disappearing from the high street, and with what ones are left, there isa great amount of choice. You really couldn't spend a whole day there...1.because lack of variety of shops and 2. The cost to park is pricey”
“Great place to shop loads of different outlets and places to eat and rest. If need be, there are escalators up to Costa leading into Primark so do your shopping then nip into Costa for a bite to eat and drink.”
“I have been searching for a suit to go to wedding, wasn't quiet sure what it should look like, I have asked for help and opinion, and got honest answer. Which I did appreciate ,both Ladies behind the counter friendly and helpful. Been able to put the suit away while my partner can see me in it .Thank You”

“I never really leave reviews but after todays amazing service I needed to! Alan from Tui Staines was absolutely brilliant. He was so helpful, not pushy at all and made the whole process easy. Thank you, and I'll definitely be returning to book our next holiday!”
