I bring my boots to get them treated and repaired for winter every other year and some other people sometimes mix up services or details, but Jason is always there to sort things and most importantly my favourite boots are in a perfect condition for years now.”

“NEW OWNER WILL SINCE MARCH 2023. OLD REVIEWS RELATE TO OLD OWNER. Will is a very nice chap & if you’re polite to him he will go that extra mile. If you’re rude he won’t tolerate it. It’s a stressful job looking after expensive watches etc. My key kept being cut too thick but there has been a transition between Will & the old owner where lots of things weren’t labelled properly. As soon as I understood this we were calm & reached a resolution. A really nice chap & knows what he’s doing.”
