Worst service I did receive from the staff, I opened the new account with a different bank. I can?t stand their behaviour, no wonder why more people choose to use machines more than dealing with them.

Machine kept my card wrongly, no one can tell me why, so have to wait for a replacement. Very poor customer service.

All other Banks back to 9-5 opening hours after Pandemic this is the only Bank in the UK close 3pm. Very disappointed making billions out of customers keep closing branches also reduced hours no respect for customers.

The man behind the counter told us to see the lady at the front of shop, after waiting for over 10 minutes we told him there was no one there, at which point he shouted "sit down at the front at us".Very poor service

Disappointed that only one member of counter staff on duty at approx 2.50pm to deal with a queue of 9 people, when the closing time is 3pm. Santander really need to add a further 2 ATM's inside the bank. I was advised to go outside to their ATM as inside ones also had queues. The trouble with this is, the sun hits the screens, making it difficult to read. In a time when scams and fraud are uppermost in our minds, this is not an option I am happy with, as a method of reducing the inside queues.All the staff I have dealt with including Usha today have always been perfectly pleasant. It is a shame they have to put up with verbal abuse on occasions, due to the frustrations of certain members of the public, whilst waiting in lengthy queues.In view of the fact, Santander had an 8.1 billion euro profit in 2021, they really should, have more consideration for their customers, rather than the shareholders.

Great service as always. All staff are so welcoming. Even though I don?t visit as often now due to working from home, whenever I go in Mandy Dhaliwal is a pleasure to deal with. Always smiling and great customer service. Goes over and above. Will always use this branch because of the staff there even though it isn?t my local branch. Keep up the great work! :)
