Grateful to have a branch in my town Staines.Too many banks are closing down their High Street branches.

Complete lack of understanding of what to do re a name change at this branch. Woman was so rude to us, had her facts all wrong, it was embarrassing and told us to go to another branch (which already understood process and had helped me,) So uneducated and lacking in customer service skills, it was painful. To think I had a mortgage with this joke of a company!! Will be changing banks as soon as possible! Train your staff properly! Complaint to head office already submitted!!

Very positive experience at this branch, the person at the front desk was super helpful getting my query sorted. The staff's support and professionalism is greatly appreciated.

My visit to this branch today was a very pleasant experience.
I had a number of issues needing attention. I was met by the front of house adviser Kam who was very helpful and not only dealt with the issue I came in with but managed to optomised my accounts. This is a great example of the benifits of face to face interaction #keepourbrances thank you Kam!

Worst service I did receive from the staff, I opened the new account with a different bank. I can?t stand their behaviour, no wonder why more people choose to use machines more than dealing with them.

Machine kept my card wrongly, no one can tell me why, so have to wait for a replacement. Very poor customer service.

All other Banks back to 9-5 opening hours after Pandemic this is the only Bank in the UK close 3pm. Very disappointed making billions out of customers keep closing branches also reduced hours no respect for customers.

The man behind the counter told us to see the lady at the front of shop, after waiting for over 10 minutes we told him there was no one there, at which point he shouted "sit down at the front at us".Very poor service
