Grateful to have a branch in my town Staines.Too many banks are closing down their High Street branches.

Complete lack of understanding of what to do re a name change at this branch. Woman was so rude to us, had her facts all wrong, it was embarrassing and told us to go to another branch (which already understood process and had helped me,) So uneducated and lacking in customer service skills, it was painful. Very positive experience at this branch, the person at the front desk was super helpful getting my query sorted. The staff's support and professionalism is greatly appreciated.
