6/6/2025 - shop timings show that it should be open till 6pm. I went at 5:30pm and they are closed. I even knocked on the door an employee looked me and walked into the back office! Terrible customer service!!!

Not too bad. Quite overpriced and doesn?t have a lot of options compared to WHSmiths. Small steps at the fronts making it inaccessible for wheelchair users but they gave us a wheelchair ramp (it took a while for us to get the staffs attention). I have been in here a few times and the customer service is questionable. The first time I went in there, they were very polite and attentive. Another time, they were still lovely mannered but it took ages for them to help me as they were having a natter ??.

Rayman Staines is excellent store if you like to
do fast DHL Western Union Email printing services as well as you can buy here a lot of stationeries variety and Thom is excellent Manager who is very helpful and always accommodating in doing an extra step for the customer. I feel so happy coming in this store and being served by Thom ! Highly recommend the store and the excellent service by Thomas team spirit !

I always thought WH Smiths would be the first stop for stationary, no longer far to expensive Rymans has absolutely everything you need and more can also do scanning printing etcVery helpful staff direct you straight away

AVOID if all you need is printouts/photocopies ?Walked in to print a few documents and was told there is a fixed £2.50 ?use of printing services? charge which makes no sense as I am already paying £0.80 printing charge per page ?????On querying further, staff explained this charge is to cover use of computer, keyboard, electricity etc - which sounded even more ridiculous as I don?t even need to touch their equipment cause I was asked to email the documents to them. So they would be using their own equipment to press the print button yet I am being charged a fee ?Got my printouts from Staines Library in the end for less than half the cost.
