Unfortunately today i was followed around the shop today, just whilst doing my shopping, i had a couple drinks in my hand and the security guard questioned me whilst i was looking at pot noodles. As i walked off to continue my shopping he found me and shoved a basket to my feet and in the process hit me with it. This spooked me and i put my shopping back and left. Terrible experience shouldn?t have security guards treating customers like this and following them.

One of the store staff rudely shoved me as I was returning a shopping basket, pushed me from behind, and then ignored me when I tried to confront her about it. Didn't even apologize. I wish I'd gotten her name. I won't be back. Show more consideration for your customers, especially people with disabilities.

Disgusting service for Disabled people In Staines High St. Branch.. Today I went to Staines to purchase some items, as there was a long queue my wife asked the attendant at the Self Service if we could pass through to the checkout which was manned by one of your staff. She was told no assistance for disabled people ..We put the items on the self and walked out.Disgraceful Service...
