Great service by the team , who helped me chose and create a bracelet for a special wedding anniversary, really nice touch was the creativity with the engraving on the charms. Would highly recommend.

I went on Saturday afternoon to buy something for a special dinner , the lady was helpful but when i went home i found that they put me empty boxes with no rings inside. The day after went to sort that out , they sorted out but they are rude people the staff is really rude no one even apologized for forgetting my purchases the day before ,??????

I am only writing this review because it is well deserved,Georgina manager of staines came to my rescue she went above and beyond,i had a bangle that had been sent off for repair 10 weeks and i still hadnt heard anything from pandora,or had the bangle back finally georgina took over the case and within a week my bangle was back but not good for purpose as they had welded the balls on bangle so i couldnt put my charms on,georgina was a absolute star she sent me out a new one,in a smaller size which i wanted she kept me informed all the time thats what i call proper customer service and my bangle came today, thank you so much georgina ,i would also like to mention a young assisstant that helped me also her name was ava both stars

I just had such a pleasant visit to this store. RYAN was amazing, and it was a great service, so polite and informative. He had given me advice for jewellery I had previously purchased and gave a well needed polish to another ring ?

We had really wonderful service from Georgina and Freya in the Staines Pandora store. On two separate occasions both ladies took real care and attention while we were shopping and helped with all our queries.

Had a great experience in the store with Allison serving myself and my daughter helping her choose a charm catcher. She was very welcoming very friendly and helpful. We left the store feeling so pleased with our purchase. A few days later we needed to return to the store for some more help with my daughter?s charm bracelet the service we received that day wasn?t the best by another member of staff. But I rang the store and the manager Sheheen helped me resolve the outcome of our visit and went above any beyond to correct the situation when we returned to the store the following day Sheheen and Allison greeted us and made our visit a great one again. Thank you

I recently visited the Pandora in Staines. Whilst I have gone to many Pandora stores, I have never been to this branch and all I have to say is that I was missing out!!!
From the minute that I walked into the store, I was greeted by Ali, I wasn?t sure what I wanted however she talked me through all the different options and asked what my preferences were. She helped me pick out such an amazing gift for my mum. She made my experience so welcoming, stress free and with genuine care and interest. I would definitely go back to this store, specifically to be served by the lovely Ali as she did an amazing job.

I had a great experience from Allison. She was so warm, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service. She helped me a lot with any issue I had. I was very happy with the customer service she provided each time i went into the store. Will always be happy to go again!!

Went to exchange a Christmas present. No other customer in store, 2 sales assistants. Was told to have a look around, I need a 20cm chain. OK, I had already looked and wanted to try on a bracelet reduced from £250 to £125. Assistant reluctantly opened the display case telling me they only had one left and it would be too big. OK what about the one next to it. That would be too small. OK, which one do you have in stock that would fit? She says have you checked all the displays? Me: yes, what about this one. How much is it. Assistant: don't know, need to check. Seriously? I finally found a bracelet that fitted. Sales assistant attitude was abysmal, I was wearing several Pandora rings and a necklace so it was clear I'm happy with the brand. I did not bother buying another charm nor earrings as intended.

I went to the store to exchange a bangle I received as a birthday gift because it was too big for my wrist. The staff member who assisted me, an Asian lady, was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout the entire interaction. She made me try on the bangle and clearly saw it was too big, but her attitude and lack of courtesy ruined the experience. This was hands down the worst customer service I?ve ever received at Pandora! Such behavior is unacceptable, especially in a store that?s supposed to make moments special. Very disappointing!

Brilliant service today by Ali and her colleague, coincidentally she was also bought bouquet of roses by another customer thanking her for her service too.
