When I bought the phone on 28.08.2025, the seller explained to me that they can only sell the phone with an O2 SIM card, but then I can allegedly get my money back (£10) by returning the SIM card if I don't need it. This seller allegedly can't refund the money due to insufficient qualifications, so I had to come another day when a qualified worker would be present. So I had to buy the phone, overpaying £10 for a SIM card I didn't need. I would like to add that the store does not clearly state anywhere that phones are sold only with SIM cards. Returning to the store a few days later on 31.08.2025 and trying to return the SIM card and get my money back, I was refused by the same seller and the store manager, who explained that they really couldn't do this.

Today me and my husband went to get a new phone upgrade from O2 Walton-upon-Thames where we paid for a watch and a phone. After the payment went through, the man in Walton said collection today is in Staines store. we agreed to collect as they didnt have any in stock.
on arrival at Staines the assistant store leader Sinead was standing there on her phone with the most unhappiest welcome going. we approached her and said we was here to collect our phone/watch so she went out the back to get it. She came out and literally threw the bag on the side, i looked in the bag and explained to her we come to collect a watch and a phone she said only the watch was here and the phone would not be here until Tuesday.
With that being said the man in Walton showed us that there was one in stock in Staines that?s the only reason we come to Staines store. Sinead told us there is one in stock but I can?t give it to you she told us because ours has not been sent yet. so I then said ok if I get a new contract out now can I get the one what?s in stock she said yes !! so then our argument is how does that work out clearly just don?t want us to use that one because it will affect there target sales clearly !!!
I have now ask for a manger which is this rude man SID in the video who told us the same that we could not get the phone because it?s not for me but if I was to get a contract out in that store I can have it what does not make sense! his attitude towards my husband was disgusting and because my husband told

That was abusive any way they called Staines security when they arrived they was in total agreement with us and said every one complains about the staff in there all the time. we left and went to feltham store were they was friendly and tried there best and even spoke with customer service and said what happened .
At this point no one could cancel our order only Staines could because it was arriving at there store ,Feltham and customer service both rung the branch and they just tried to lie there way through and refuse point blank .I had no way of cancelling it from there end and we are not allowed back in to Staines branch so HOW do we collect our phone when it arrives we do not have answers .
This man in the video would not give his name his was not wearing name badge or correct uniform which is breach of his company policy .
Him and his assistant leader was the most rudest and unprofessional I have ever seen
Moral of the story O2 sort you staff out and we have paid for a phone and now your holding our property !!!
Also we did try contact Staines branch whilst in feltham branch Sinead then Said to my husband your not welcome in here and cut the phone of and they did not answer the phone after and also have this to show

Useless and unhelpful store in Staines. This is now my fifth visit here without my issue being resolved of which o2 caused, and no one could care less. Logged a complaint over a month ago and haven't heard a thing. Time to go to the FCA. Stay away.

I visited the O2 shop in the Elmsleigh Centre, Staines today to sort out my wife?s and my IPhones, which have historically both been registered to my Apple account. Being in my mid seventies, the process was beyond me and I will always be grateful to Mohamed for his advice, patience and technical ability sorting it all out for me. The level of customer service that I received from him was first class so thank you.

Me and my mum were helped with my SIM card and o2 account so efficiently and kindly by Gagandeepkaur on two different days! This whole process was so smooth and easy and we always felt reassured by her wide range of knowledge on all things phone related, and she should definitely start a tiktok account surrounding it x

I visited the O2 Shop in Staines as I had a problem with my new phone and wanted to get it sorted before I went on holiday. G greeted me when I walked in and was friendly and helpful, and within minutes she had resolved the issue. Great service, thank you!

Very poor customer service from the sales/customer service staff in this specific shop.
I considered switching from EE, and while they ended up answering my question, the way the staff attended to me was highly unprofessional.

I arrived at the O2 shop and were desperately in need to get the new iPhone. A really handsome and tall guy, I think his name was Mo? Approached me. I blushed first but he met all my needs in the end and even gave me a hug! Thank you!
