I saw a rat in the store and the managers look like they have no GCSE?s. Staff look tired and miserable but it?s understandable if you?re working in a clothing store like that. The store also STINKS of sewage and mouldy eggs after about 5PM or close to it?s closing time so if you are thinking of paying a visit around those times you?re better off plugging your nose or not going at all. Don?t bother ordering your parcel to this store as they have overworked children running back and forth to manage the whole department AND bring you your parcel. Go to shop somewhere else if you want better service.

Next website said closes at 5pm on Sunday actually closes 4:30. When you able to get there it's rather good.

Since Covid hit Next has become an absolute shambles! Every order from online is straight away 3 days (bye bye ordering before midnight and getting it the next day). Then as if the isn't annoying enough it doesn't even arrive after 3 days. Last 4 orders have been delayed over the 3 days to 4 days and one 5 days. On two orders I've received a text to say my order is ready to collect, only to find upon getting home it isn't all there. Then check my emails to find they have sent items separately. Thanks for the wasted journeys and extra car parking costs! Staff don't seem to give a monkeys about online orders and responses about any issues is to call them. I find they act like online orders are almost from a different company and nothing to do with them. They are just unhelpful and if they do say sorry its the most sarcastic sorry. Next has definitely suffered a big hit here. The ease of online ordering and collection really set them apart from other retailers but now they seem to have fallen behind.

Nice and clean spacious shop with very helpful and polite staff. Really handy for click and collect ordering and the car park is right outside.

I have been searching for a suit to go to wedding, wasn't quiet sure what it should look like, I have asked for help and opinion, and got honest answer. Which I did appreciate ,both Ladies behind the counter friendly and helpful. Been able to put the suit away while my partner can see me in it .Thank You

Good range of both fashion and home goods here. Large store with lots to see. Staff can be a little tricky to find and there's often no body on the tills. Well layed out and easy to get around. Coffee shop inside is a nice touch too.
