Jessica was an absolute gem, we?d been having issues with customer service for weeks and she resolved the matter within minutes. Before I went into the store today, I was sure I?d never be shopping here again but I?ve truly had a change of heart.

Worst staff I have ever seen . The need to be act more kindly and mature . The manger have responsibility of that but when manger is rude and an unstable arrogant then the staff copy that . And don?t judge same one by there clothing or wering scarf .

Really good quality stuff in there and very tasteful.Ended up buying stuff online after seeing them in the shop so the shop has it's purpose for sure but I just prefer weighing the options before a purchase.

Just rang in store to ask if they had a pair of heels I wanted in my size as they said they did online but just wanted to double check before coming in, the Asian lady was very rude and did not understand what I was saying, she said they don?t sell any heels in store which is strange, she didn?t want to go and look either. Very blunt. Asked for my age too which there was no reason to ask for it. New look Staines need to have a word with her. Would give 0 stars for her customer service if I could. Absolutely appalling.
