I had dinner with my friends and we all ordered similar stuff. They first got our orders mixed but we looked past it due to the orders being similar. Secondly, I ordered garlic bread and received it with melted gum on the back of it, luckily I had seen in time and told the staff. The manager only offered a replacement for garlic and not the whole meal, which is unacceptable since the whole meal may have been contaminated. There was also no communication from the manager and did not offer a proper apology, it felt very dismissive and non caring. They did not offer anything else to make up for it which indicated the poor service. Overall, I was very displeased with Nando?s this time and especially the manager for not offering to change the meal and improve our experience as it was not our fault but his and the staff.

Called the store for 20 mins straight and no answer! Terrible customer service. What?s the point of a phone if staff isn?t answering. And this was on a Monday!

We recently had a family dinner with a group of 8, including kids, over the weekend. We were told to wait for 30 minutes and advised to monitor the app. However, when the wait time decreased to 8-15 minutes, it then reset to 20-30 minutes again. We understand weekends can be busy, so we waited for about 50 minutes. Since it was windy outside and we had a baby with us, we decided to wait inside, but we were told we could not wait inside and had to wait outside.
Food: To be honest, the chicken seemed dry and tough. The kids only had a couple of bites of the burgers before deciding they had enough, but they were happy with the chips. Chicken wings has the hair with it. Luckily, the dessert was delicious, and everyone enjoyed it.
Recommendation: , Halloumi Sticks & Dip, Boneless Chicken Thighs, Whole Chicken
Service: One of our kids' meals was ordered plain but arrived quite spicy. We tried to speak to the staff, but a few of them ignored us. Fortunately, one of the staff members, who was passing by with a dirty plate, was kind enough to stop and assist us. Another staff member helped by correcting the order. Both of them were really helpful to us and to others as well. Before we left, we asked for their names, and they were Vishal and Miksang. Thank you both ? you saved our night.
Atmosphere: Since it was the weekend and it was busy, It is abit noisy but didn't bother us.

Great ambience with amazing service. The food quality is up to the level of other nandos. The chicken seemed a little dry and not soft. Also the sides quantity for rice was very little.

One Star ? Worst Nando?s Experience Ever!
Having been a loyal Nando?s fan since the very first store opened in South Africa, I?ve always enjoyed their food and service across multiple locations worldwide. However, last night?s experience at Nando?s Staines was an absolute disaster.
A friend and I arrived for dinner, were seated, and instructed to place our orders via the app. Shortly after submitting our order, a manager approached us to inform us that everything we had ordered was unavailable. The only option we were given was chicken on the bone?nothing else. This was not what we wanted, but having driven a long way to eat there, we reluctantly agreed.
To our absolute disappointment, the meals arrived cold and had an overpowering taste of gas or chemicals. It was so unpleasant that we struggled to eat and left feeling unwell, with a lingering aftertaste of gas. I raised our concerns with the manager, expressing how incredibly disappointing this meal was, especially considering my years of loyalty to Nando?s. His response? A half-hearted ?Oh, I?m sorry about that? and nothing else. No offer to fix the problem, no attempt to make things right.
This was, without a doubt, the worst Nando?s meal I have ever had. If this is the standard of food and service at Nando?s Staines, I?d strongly advise people to avoid it. We sadly won?t be going back.

Complete chaos. The kitchen is always falling over. Dishes are rushed, and it is evident in the quality of food presentation and quality. You definitely do not get value for money. Waited 1 hour for the food last night. And the side dishes were all wrong, some dishes didn't arrive. Presentation was bad.

Visited this nando?s today 23rd Jan ? Wasn?t busy sat down ordered good I ordered chicken wings , fries & corn on cob ? The corn looked like it had been over cooked ? Not fresh ? The fries were soggy ? wings I requested medium tasteless ? eat the cob as I was hungry and a couple of wings ? very disappointing won?t be returning

?I recently ordered from Nande?s Staines, and while the food itself was good, I was disappointed to see the delivery driver place the food on the floor because there was no table outside. It?s not very hygienic, and I think a designated space for deliveries would really improve the experience.?

I recently had a pleasant evening meal at Nando?s and here?s my review:
Starter: We began with the Cheesy Garlic Pitta. The pitta itself was warm, soft, and had a lovely garlic flavor, but I wasn?t a fan of the dip that came with it?it just didn?t complement the bread as well as I hoped. On the other hand, the dip that came with the Halloumi was spot on, pairing nicely with both the cheese and the pitta.
Main: For the main, we ordered two chicken burgers with sides. The chicken in both burgers was juicy and cooked perfectly. However, the mashed potatoes on the side were a little dry, though still enjoyable. A touch more creaminess would have made them perfect, but they were still satisfying overall.
Dessert: The dessert was indulgent and incredibly rich, making it a great option for anyone with a serious sweet tooth. It?s definitely on the heavier side, so if you?re not into super-sweet treats, it might not be for you, but for those who love a decadent finish, it?s ideal.
Overall, a solid experience with some room for improvement in a couple of areas. Still, the food was good, and the service was friendly. I?d definitely return!
