Didn't stop over on this occasion but have before, only because they were fully booked. I still went here to drink and eat before going back to my hotel. Great location, friendly staff, fab food and when the weather is kind, drinking outside with the view and sun going down is proper stress relief.

Basic accommodation, a bit cold from the balcony, but also nice views from the balcony, breakfast traditional. Close to the centre.

It is a bit far from the center, but there is a train station very close and everything is accessible, just half an hour from Heathrow airport, everything clean and a beautiful view of the river, the breakfast was very delicious, there is everything nearby, we liked it a lot
Rooms: Comfortable although you can hear noises from other rooms
Walkability: Walking along the river is an incredible experience
Food & drinks: I really liked the very fresh fruit, the cookies and the tea.

So good so far hotel of Accor group! Excellent place on Thames river side however noise was there due to railways and street. All rooms are quite clean although building is very old and no elevators. Awesome restaurant for breakfast with river view. Car parking NOT for free (cost 10GBP / day as of this post date not mentioned clearly when booked).

This is not a dig at mercure. As I've used a few mercure sites.

I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into the room. It was a good-sized room with a balcony. The bed was very comfortable. I had a great night's sleep. Hotel staff was exceptional??????????I really liked the hotel, staff were fantastic and the location was really good. I'm happy to stay there again??????????

Good for a nights stay, little outdated but it is what it is. Breakfast was rough but it did the job. Friendly enough staff, fire alarm kept going off though. Woke us up on the evening and went off again at breakfast time. No fire either time.
Rooms: Basic, we had a leaky sink and leaky toilet. Just needs renovating.
Food and drinks: Really good Greek takeaway around the corner (also deliver to the hotel!!)
Noteworthy details: Very dodgy fire alarm

Shabby hotel. Nothing like photos. Dirty carpets and old marked furniture in hotel rooms. Slow service and food expensive, did not eat there. Would not stay again not worth the money, more like a one star inside hotel rooms.
