Avoid this agency!I recently had the unfortunate experience of working with Martin and Co, and I must say it was one of the most frustrating and disappointing encounters I've had in the real estate industry. From start to finish, the entire process was marred by incompetence and a complete lack of professionalism.Firstly, communication with Martin and Co was abysmal.Furthermore, their lack of attention to detail was evident throughout the entire transaction. From incorrect paperwork to missed deadlines, it was clear that the Martin &Co was either careless or inexperienced. This lack of professionalism only added unnecessary stress and complications to an already complex process.To make matters worse, the Martin &Co seemed more interested in their own commission rather than prioritizing my needs as a client.Overall, my experience with the Martin &Co was nothing short of a nightmare. Their lack of professionalism, poor communication, and disregard for my needs as a client left me feeling frustrated and deceived. I strongly advise anyone considering working with this agency to look elsewhere for a more reliable and competent estate agent.
