Please check they are open before you travel all the way here. Now closed on various days, please check before you travel to the Branch. Had to travel to Feltham to find a branch that was open on a week day

My experience is very bad ...because I try to login my ID from last 4 month even didn't use my card because it's didn't working from the first day and they suspended my card as well as I visit the branch and they said to try it online ....if I try it online they said visit the branch and am still stuck..... I need my salary but ,because they suspended my card ....am also not able to login into another bank....I don't know what should i do know!!

Visited this place today, gentleman at the reception was polite and helpful. don't expect a restaurant service and you won't feel let down.

Saturday 12:20 it supposed to be open until 13:00 on Saturday and as usual the bank is closed.Can we start to be more informative and ensure that all the customers know what are the actual opening and closing times?As a customer from Lloyds this is very frustrating that I left home earlier and find it closed because your information is wrong. I will definitely leave Lloyds bank because of things like this.

Fed up of Lloyd's bank, the opening times are ridiculous!!! How are working people supposed to do their banking...they might as well close their branches, it is not fit for purpose. Utterly ridiculous...

Never have i had to consistently wait so long in a bank queue. This was not a one off, unless youre there at opening time you'll be waiting minimum 20 minutes before being served. Service is fine but waiting times are a real issue especially if you are on lunch break or working

Asked the cashier to close an account for me. As it was dormant she couldn?t do it for some reason, so directed me to the desks at front of store where there were no staff present (noticed this on my way in there). So I sat at the front desks waiting for 10/15 minutes or so, in full view of the cashier, before giving up. Either call a colleague that is available to help, advise me of the wait time, or ask me to come back another time - don?t leave customers sitting around indefinitely.
