My dad (85) went into this place for a tyre with a nail in the side wall which they said couldn?t be mended??? This CAN BE FIXED. They changed the tyre (£190) and then told him that the other tyre was damaged so he agreed for this to be changed (another £190). They told him his wheels needed re-tracking. This tracking cost him an additional £300. In total, he was shafted for £660. These people are thieves praying on an elderly person?s vulnerability. Kwik Fit should be ashamed. Their website states that wheel alignment can cost up to £100 for a large car like my Dad?s. DO NOT USE THIS FRANCHISE. Thieves without masks

My dust caps were stuck on the valves. The assistant was very helpful and explained why they were stuck. He managed to remove and replace them in the space of an hour of me just popping in without an appointment. Thank you.

It was my first time getting tyres done on my car and I was so happy with how everything got explained to me, I actually understood what they had to do and change. I know that sounds silly but I had no idea how anything worked and I was very happy leaving with so much more knowledge on what they had done, driving feels so much better now. I also had a fog light that had fallen down as I had a little crash not long ago and the guys went an extra mile and propped it up so it would be visible and it has actually stayed in place! So big thank you to them!
