iv been here before and thought was ok , today food is cold like it's been there since lunch , dirty everywhere , toilets are discusting had to go else where will not be returning

Supposed to open at 5.30 won?t be open until after 6.30 as they had a 2 coach loads of Chinese students in do they really expect us to eat the food left after they all been there they said we could sit out side after 6pm but would have to take all our food out they can keep it thankyou

This place is DISGUSTING. Food was mediocre, nothing left us wanting more and most was cold. But the worst was the flies all over the salad and fruit! I informed a member of staff and he just turned the fan on. So I spoke to another member of staff who didn?t care and got the original one over, assuming the owner. I said you cannot serve that food anymore there were flies everywhere and he said it costs too much to bin it all. I showed him the pictures on the way out as the fan did nothing, flies were still there. Will be reporting this to the food safety agency.

i wouldn?t say it was horrible but nor would i say it was good, the floors where we was sitting were beyond disgusting, and the overall atmosphere of the place was terrible, children were running around, sticking their grimy fingers into the food and deserts. The chocolate fountain was vile, all leftover food and unknown things left at the bottom just left there to float around. flies were everywhere, when you stop looking at your food for a mere second, you look back and their feasting on your dish. and fees that weren?t told and printed onto a small sign at the front saying you get charged for not eating all their nasty tasting food. for the price its extremely disappointing and unhygienic.

It?s not great, everything was dirty, the chocolate fountain had things floating around in it and the food was mediocre at best. There?s a policy that they will charge you for 6 pounds for unfinished food which they don?t tell you about.

This has become a family favourite for us. The staff are always friendly and welcoming food is of good standard and the prices are very fair.

Food was disgusting and cold, flies were all over the fruit and we informed the staff there, instead of chucking it out like he should have, he just turned the fan on. His excuse for not chucking it away was it costs too much, so what if there are flies on it then bin in. Disgusting really

The WORST buffet in the entire UK, total disappointment in ? Taste?.. appealing and Cleanliness
Pure Corn starch soup with a hint of egg drop and sweetcorn ( as if very sugary clear congee)
Very Little choice of Desserts with lovely FLIES enjoying the feast ! ( Major health risk)

Absolutely disgusting
When we arrived we was seen straight away and we had to pay before sitting down which is normal for a buffet
We was left standing in the middle of restaurant where we was told to wait
Whist being knocked into by kids running around
We then got seated and went to go up to the buffet which was half filled up and even then the food that was out was only just warm
The food though omg i have never eaten anything like it words can?t even describe the texture and flavours of the food
We raised this while we was there and kindly asked for are money back due to only have 3 mouthfuls if that and was told they do not accept refunds and tried telling me i had to pay extra due to the wastage of products
I will never be eating here again only reason we went was because the que for Wagamama?s and nandos was to long wish i had waited now
