“Went for an ear piercing.Walked in on Saturday at 10.30am. Didn't need an appointment. Managed to get an ear piercing on the spot. The lady who did my piercing was very professional and knowledgeable.The selection of ear rings were very nice.Pricing was reasonable in comparison to Claire's in the Elmbridge centre. I would not recommend Claire's at all for ear piercing as extremely expensive there.H Samuel is the place to go for ear piercing in Staines.”

An absolute angel, by the name of Sharon, helped us pick out the perfect ring for me. Everything was just absolutely so perfect about this ring, despite my pickiness. “Popped in today with my family to ask how much it would cost to get 4 links removed from my partner’s bracelet he’d been given by the kids for Father’s Day. Within 5 minutes the links had been removed and the very kind Aaron ((Arun) not sure of spelling sorry) when asked how much he wanted for doing it said on the house and wished my partner a happy Father’s Day! What a polite young man and extremely helpful. We hadn’t even purchased the bracelet from Goldsmiths. Kindest goes a long way! :)”
