STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!!??
Went in earlier with my daughter to try and exchange shoes her partner bought her 2 days ago and as she is pregnant, her shoe size had increased a little bit and the size she got didn?t fit the way it normally does, she noticed this 30 minutes into wearing them. When they were bought for her the other day she tried on the 5.5 and they just about fit so she got a 6 but she wasn?t offered to try them on. The man that day was absolutely lovely and very polite! However, when we went in there earlier, we were ?greeted? with a woman with very short brown hair and when we walked up towards the till she said to her colleague ?you deal with them? in a very BITCHY tone. The woman looked at the shoes, called her manager up and he looked at them and said they can?t be exchanged because they had been ?worn outside?. Just ASSUMING instead of asking questions. I?m so sorry that pregnant women exist and my DAUGHTER was extremely uncomfortable in her current shoes. She did NOT wear them outside. These shoes are absolutely spotless and brand new. When she bought them they gave her a very broken box and there was a little indent on the side of the shoe so they are 100% second hand. So it?s ok to get customers to spend so much money, give them broken boxes and slightly damaged shoes yet they can?t be exchanged if they?re too small and because they didn?t fit a pregnant woman?? They might as well take off the refund or exchange option on anything. You have to spend a fortune just to deal with the bitchy girls with no customer experience ?tried ringing them but no answer of course. I?ve attached photos of the shoes they wouldn?t exchange for her.

Staff are not great at all. Huge line of people loads of them standing behind the till talking one person serving while loads of people wait. Bad service levels for the staff

Website is absolutely useless, apparently the store in Staines doesnt exist though I have seen it countless times, and the nearest store of click and collect that comes up is Bluewater.....50 odd miles away! So spending somewhere else now.

I visited to pick up an online order. Had to wait a while for a rather small queue at checkout. They stock newer versions of equipment and more specialist than their main rival making them a little pricier, but using the app to purchase gives good deals

Visited this store and wanted to try on some items before purchasing. When I got to the changing room, it was blocked off and I asked this lady (who I now know was the manager), and very rudely and aggressively said it?s closed, you can?t try anything on here anymore. There was another guy member of staff, who was so helpful and apologised on her behalf. Said that this is how she speaks to everyone. Not the best service to be honest, but looking at other reviews, it?s the same experience as others
