Exterior is grubby, litter everywhere, bins overflowing. Confusing floor plan since refurb, it wants to be half a dozen different type of store in one. Even the staff say they're seriously understaffed. I did mange to find what I wanted. I looked it up on website beforehand to make sure they had it, otherwise may have given up searching for it

Extremely disappointing Click and Collect experience.
The staff managing the Click and Collect service are consistently unhelpful, rude, and shockingly unaware of their own terms and conditions. On multiple occasions, I've encountered arrogant behaviour ? even when they were clearly at fault. Instead of resolving issues, they respond with hostility and dismissiveness. It's unacceptable for front-line staff to be so poorly trained and to treat customers with such disregard. This level of service reflects very badly on the entire brand.

The place is dirty when the range took over homebase they just moved in didn't bother cleaning the shop the floor and some shelves still had paint all over them

Poor customer service, I stood patiently waiting while the person working on the bike repair stall stood ignoring me. I ask politely if he could help and was given a really nonchalant answer ?go over there? and pointed at nonchalantly at an area. Completely disregarding what I was actually asking for.
