Went in for energy,not sleeping well,I knew what I wanted but said nothing ,Harry bought me up to what I needed ,first class service,friendly ,knowledgeable ,shop is very well set out ,even an old boy like me can work it out ,will certainly use them again

I recently visited the Holland & Barrett store in Staines to pick up some tablets for my brother, and I was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. The customer service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to help me find the right products. The store itself was well-organized and clean, making it easy to navigate and find what I was looking for.The range of products available was impressive, and I was able to find exactly what I needed without any hassle. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly, and I felt like I was in good hands throughout my visit.Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my experience at Holland & Barrett in Staines. I will definitely be returning for all of my health and wellness needs in the future. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for high-quality products and outstanding customer service.

I had a voucher emailed to me and used it in the store. The staff member who served me was a bit cheeky as when I had purchased items totalling up to the voucher amount, she said an item was "buy one get one free", so I took the offer, then said I had to pay more on my card. It was only a small amount of money I had to add but still seemed very cheeky of her.
