Understaffed. Chaotic stock. Items on the sale rack were not on sale; 15 minutes wait to pay - even with self serve options (self serve upstairs was closed). Ridiculously poor customer service.

As I was paying cash for some socks this morning, I stood in a queue behind two other customers. When it was their turn, both customers were returning items. This obviously takes time but fair enough, if it?s H&M?s policy to do everything at the tills, I. can wait patiently,
However, when it was my turn, the cashier decided to spend his time putting away a collection of returned items, leaving me hanging. No ?I?ll be with you in a minute? or any such courtesies. I got so fed up of watching him and waiting for service that I said ?excuse me, surely priority should be taking money from customers?. (There was a queue behind me by now). The other cashier piped up and said ?he?s actually overdue for a break?. At that point, I tossed the socks onto the counter, saying I?d waited long enough and walked out. The issue here is lack of training in customer service - H&M should take note particularly as the High Street is in dire straits. What happened to ?the customer pays our wages? or ?the customer is king??

Enjoyable and loads of good quality clothes for everyone's taste and comfort, their autumn range is really lovely I'd go in store or to one near you you can't beat the buzz or feeling you get from trying it on and getting to walk about the high Street and travelling back home with your new items in a gorgeous bag everyone else seeing you've bought something and want to see it. ??? you know what I mean.
Go on this weekend pop out in the autumn days getting dark earlier bright shop lights put a smile on your face visiting H&M. Have a great day and night looking good.?

Love this little store! Can always find something for any occasion and has gotten me out of trouble many times for a last minute purchase! Nice and quiet so you don?t feel rushed and staff helpful if you want to do click and collect.

On the 30th of May we visited the store in staines and did some shopping after purchasing some items my partner asked the lady at the checkout if we could feed our 6 month old in one of their changing rooms, she said yes. (at this time all were empty we could see curtains open on all) after aproaching the cahngingrooms we were met with another Lady who informed us that customers were not allowed to do this as it is for customers who want to try clothing on, and that i had been informed incorrectly. I enquired further and sugested I could try something on that I had purchased moments ago from them and my partner could feed our child in the same booth. The lady laughed at me and shook her head.In the end we had to wait for a manager to clear this up which took a long time and this was all during a heat wave. Afterwards I tried to contact their customer service team online, but they make it difficult to file complaints and get things done hence why this is late here. All the while when they respond to me they make no effort to make amends and I will be avoiding their stores, they didn't seem to care online either but hopefully you reading this may do.At this point I just want to make people aware that H&M do NOT care about their customers or their health even despite us being paying customers. Sad to think this is the view of a company in 2023. I'll take our money elswhere from now on.

Nice selection of clothes. The sale rails could do with organising more at times. It is also hard to find an available member of staff on the 'floor' to help. Still pleased to have this store in Staines.
