This is indicative of today?s workplace and experience for customers. Opening hours are 0900 but despite someone being in there prior to 0900 they opened after 0900 and person required to be seen was later than that. They then have to turn the systems on so another wait. In the meantime the first customers in have occupied all the waiting area seats so subsequent arrivals are waiting at the counter. It is then 40 minutes to conclude business (a closure). The required outcome was achieved and to be absolutely fair to Halifax, these behaviours are not exclusive to them. It really is true that time is money.

I would just like to say to Halifax a big Thank you.I have had a very awkward financial problem which the staff at Halifax have sorted for me even tho i am no longer a customer.Their staff have been nothing but professional, kind and thoughtful.Im no fan of banks in general but the day to day staff particularly at Staines Branch were amazing.This includes the Manager and staff member Pritesh Patel.Thank You. ??

This is a dodgy branch and all the staff deserve to be fired. I was adding my spouse into the account not opening an account they are making it a big deal as I am applying for SC/DV clearance. The staff has an attitude problem and they don't accept your point of view , they will tell you are aggressive. Honestly stay away from Halifax and this branch unless you are desperate and no other Banks would open bank account for you. I regret to have them part of my portfolio

The Halifax is by far the best bank for current accounts and I have over the years tried them all. For savings they are very poor so its the Nationwide for that.
