I am very dissatisfied with this branch, the manager and staff are very slow and do not help the customer, and I am very sorry that I visited this branch.

This is indicative of today’s workplace and experience for customers. Opening hours are 0900 but despite someone being in there prior to 0900 they opened after 0900 and person required to be seen was later than that.
