Rodie (or Rody) and the young man at the till (sorry, I didn?t catch his name) went above and beyond. I came in worried, as I?d just been told elsewhere that the car battery I?d bought wasn?t the right fit for my car. The young man reassured me that it was the correct type and explained it clearly, which really put me at ease. Rodie then fitted the battery quickly, with great professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness, and also advised me on a charger. Both were easy to talk to, polite, and made what started as a stressful situation into a very positive experience. Their professionalism and excellent service really stood out and deserve to be acknowledged.

We went to get two bikes today, there were 4 staff members on the shop floor.
They made us made 35 mins to try the bikes out. Then decided not to sell the bikes to us.
Few other people were waiting with their children. They refused to serve customers for the bike sale.
Couldn?t understand why wouldn?t they sell bikes when they had all the stock there.
Very bad customer service.

Double check their wiper blade recommendations. The ones that were advised by their system do not fit my car.

This 5 star review is specifically for a member of staff named Jack on the bike counter. An unfortunate mistake was made by another member of staff when we placed the deposit for my daughter's bike which meant that on collection our balance to pay was showing as higher than it should have been. The mistake was not obvious to anyone so I was clearly frustrated and my daughter was with me starting to worry she wouldn't get her new bike! Jack stayed calm, did not give up on trying to resolve the problem and made sure that my daughter did not leave disappointed despite not getting the help he should have got from a manager. I can't thank Jack enough for getting to the bottom of the situation and handling everything how he did. 6 stars for effort and service. Will definitely be going back to Jack for future purchases and any bike needs. Thank you!
