Just wanted to give a massive thank you to the team. The undertray of my car came loose on the m25 yesterday and was half hanging off.I made appointment at the wrong Halfords in staines today but was fitted in here so it could be removed as a temp fix. Thank you so much!!! Ive used these guys before for MOT on previous vehicle. My family used to berate me for using a halfords as they thought they'd rip me off. But they've always been professional and extremely polite and have never over charged me.. which goes a long way being a woman who knows sod all about cars! I will be back for my MOT! ?

The service was v good. I had a mystery flat tyre and although busy, fitted me in , only to discover there was nothing wrong with it.....??? Its been ok ever since ...??

Big shout out to Laurence & Wayne at Halfords in Staines. Turned up last minute with no appointment with my car and they helped me out straight away. They were friendly and informative and I couldn?t be more grateful for their help. I?ve been having my MOTs here for years and I like the way they work, never feel I?m being ripped off and everything is emailed in writing, great system! I would leave 0 if I could. Terrible service, took my car for a service and MOT, on collection they informed me that something was wrong with the front headlight (though never had any problems previously with this) and quoted £400 to repair it, and car would have to stay there for 7 days. I took it for a second opinion where it was fixed within a few minutes for £10.Don?t trust anything they say

Halfords is fine the staff make the difference between good and bad experiences. Mine was OK, good job, not so good customer service.

Absolute joy to receive service from Halfords Stains. Service came with a detailed vehicle report as good and even better than I have received from dealers at more than half the price of a dealer. Well done guys.

Great, helpful staff. Only had a battery change but I ordered the wrong one and it was not a problem to fix as they looked after the car until the next morning when they had the correct one to install and did so right away.

Don't undesstand how this Halfords auto center got 4.3 stars. They are absolutely worse. Without even checking they just .ake a conclusion s for everything. I went there for my steering check and without even checking they said leave the car whole day cause it's power steering pump issue. This is not the first time but I even had a few issue in the past with the car and they just don't want to check properly even though you pay for it. They just want to replace all the patsthey possibly can. I will never go to them. Better support your local mechanic garages.Services: Steering & suspension repair
