The staff at Hsamuel in staines were great, especially Megan, who was very kind and welcoming and above all very knowledgeable about the products. The manager Grace was also very friendly and kind today. I recommend this shop for its quality, professionality and kindness.

Eva is fantastic, kind, and very knowledgeable. She was a pleasure to chat to, we had general chit-chat about my plans for about an hour haha. Any customer service where the staff talk to you like a genuine friend is better than anything else, I really felt welcome.
She really helped me out selecting what I needed for my plan, and was really invested into it. I worked in retail management in the past, and im jealous she wasn't part of my team haha! She's an asset to this business and anyone visiting should see her if you need help ?

Careful and considered appointment, with attention to the safety aspect of the procedure. Staff were really lovely, and my teenage daughter was well-looked after by Noreen for her first ear-piercing.

Fantastic customer service from Grace in your Staines Branch. My mother's rings needed resizing and Grace was amazing from the beginning. Being patient while my mother contemplated which size and she was really helpful and knowledgeable regarding the process. It was lovely going back today to pick up the finished rings. Again Grace served us and we were all really pleased with the results. Made my Mums weekend having her precious rings back and they were perfect. Thank you again Grace.

You just pay for the earrings and nothing else, they provide you with the Saline solution foc.

My daughter had her ears pierced by Grace, she was absolutely amazing. So thoughtful, aware of my daughters anxiety, talked through absolutely everything, knew exactly how to make my daughter feel at ease, and when she didn't feel quite right during and after the piercing, did everything she could to help her and not feel rushed about the process A much needed friendly, caring service!
