Managers attitude is extremely unprofessional is rude to staff and customers, we are frequent customers of this greggs but are taking buisness elsewhere due to this man's poor attitude towards the buisness he runs.

I was once a team member of this store, but I only worked for a short period of time due to a fellow colleague named Alex who was always aggressive and stern with what I did. It's understandable when serving in a fast paced restaurant and a big queue spirals out, but its never alright to display frustration to everyone not even to teammates. The rest of my colleagues kept their composure so overall I had a good time working.I would like the store to assess Alex's attitude to others, and if he still displays horridness, I would suggest a resignation. Nevertheless, I wish him the very best in delivering good customer service.

Probably the worst Greggs around here. Never have what I want when physically going in there or when ordering online. Never even get half of my order especially when ordering online. Always something missing. Once I?ve ordered £40 worth of food for the family and received £10-£15 worth of food. One of your members tried to re compensate for £30 worth of food missing with a singular sausage roll. Absolute joke. Always go and order from the ashford one as the always have everything and nothing is ever missing from the order. Shame this Greggs sucks as it?s the closest one to me.

Not having been to Staines for a long time, I was delighted to find Greggs here.This was a small, but very busy shop, and the service was really good.I had a pasta and bacon salad for lunch, along with a cold drink. It was definitely £3.60 well spent, that?s for sure.The team member serving at the counter remainder calm and collective, even when the queue was nearly at the door. Very impressive service from him.I will be back when next in Staines, as what they serve more than suffices my needs.

I have ordered mocha today and I received just latte with plenty of water inside they given me wrong order and said mocha is ready, by seeing the attached picture you will know that just water with coffee if you aren?t not sure how to make mocha please just ask your colleague for help?

Came in on a Saturday morning. Ritika kept asking for orders and leaving her teammate to do all the work. He looked very stressed and it left them behind on orders. She should work with him to get orders out instead of staying at the till and doing nothing. Appalling to watch. I feel sorry for the man working with her. They served customers who were 5 people behind in the queue leaving people without their orders. Completely messed up system. Queue out of the door as seen in photo.

Short staffed and tables and chairs were left untidy, bins had rubbish pouring onto the customer area, the que was very long as they were clearly short staffed.
