I was once a team member of this store, but I only worked for a short period of time due to a fellow colleague named Alex who was always aggressive and stern with what I did. It's understandable when serving in a fast paced restaurant and a big queue spirals out, but its never alright to display frustration to everyone not even to teammates. The rest of my colleagues kept their composure so overall I had a good time working.I would like the store to assess Alex's attitude to others, and if he still displays horridness, I would suggest a resignation. Nevertheless, I wish him the very best in delivering good customer service.

Probably the worst Greggs around here. Never have what I want when physically going in there or when ordering online. Never even get half of my order especially when ordering online. Always something missing. Once I?ve ordered £40 worth of food for the family and received £10-£15 worth of food. One of your members tried to re compensate for £30 worth of food missing with a singular sausage roll. Absolute joke. Always go and order from the ashford one as the always have everything and nothing is ever missing from the order. Shame this Greggs sucks as it?s the closest one to me.

Not having been to Staines for a long time, I was delighted to find Greggs here.This was a small, but very busy shop, and the service was really good.I had a pasta and bacon salad for lunch, along with a cold drink. It was definitely £3.60 well spent, that?s for sure.The team member serving at the counter remainder calm and collective, even when the queue was nearly at the door. Very impressive service from him.I will be back when next in Staines, as what they serve more than suffices my needs.

I have ordered mocha today and I received just latte with plenty of water inside they given me wrong order and said mocha is ready, by seeing the attached picture you will know that just water with coffee if you aren?t not sure how to make mocha please just ask your colleague for help?

Came in on a Saturday morning. Ritika kept asking for orders and leaving her teammate to do all the work. He looked very stressed and it left them behind on orders. She should work with him to get orders out instead of staying at the till and doing nothing. Appalling to watch. I feel sorry for the man working with her. They served customers who were 5 people behind in the queue leaving people without their orders. Completely messed up system. Queue out of the door as seen in photo.

Would not bother with this store again. Soo worried over the eat in charge, than actually serving customersAlso doesn?t wear gloves when handling someone?s food. That?s a basic in food & hygiene

Short staffed and tables and chairs were left untidy, bins had rubbish pouring onto the customer area, the que was very long as they were clearly short staffed.

I ordered a few items for my family and I was served by a gentleman called Alex who was extremely rude when taking my order. He was very aggressive and did not have any patience whilst my kids decided on their items (there was no que behind me).I would like to advise senior management to advise Alex to try and remain calm whilst under pressure and ensure effective customer service when customers are ordering with their families.I would also suggest that his performance is reviewed or may even refer him to further training as this was not acceptable.I would not come here again and will definitely let my friends and family know of this experience at this store. ????

Wouldn't bother coming here.Staff are lovely but the service is terrible.Foods OK for price but if you fancy being forgotten about after placing your order and having to remind them of what you ordered then this is definitely the place too be.I wouldn't be coming again.

I was served by a very kind young lady called Tony with a wonderful sense of humour! Very kind, very whimsical, and senior role in the future would be absolutely appropriate. Tony has amazing costumer service.

They always get the coffee order wrong they don't know the difference between a latte and an espresso. Every time I have ordered a coffee from here I have to return it and get the right one.

Ordered vegan sausage rolls, when order arrived we ended up with meat. I've called over 8 times with no response and when I finally got through the woman who answered hung up when I was explaining what was wrong with my order.
