“A friend recommended these guys, so I went to see them in their warehouse, I got stuck in Friday evening traffic and they kindly stayed open late to facilitate me.I must admit to being worried when I saw the other negative review. Their online purchasing system is decidedly odd, you can't actually pay online and they don't take credit cards, even though the site says they do. Also none of the emails on their website actually work, so if it wasn't for my friend's recommendation and the fact that they were so nice when I visited them, I wouldn't have gone ahead. It's a lot of money to take a gamble on, even if they are great value!That said, the delivery did arrive on time yesterday. Their delivery company was supposed to phone before arrival, which they never did, but luckily my builder was on site and could take delivery.Haven't yet installed the floor, so can't speak for the overall quality just yet, but just wanted to reassure anyone who is having second thoughts that while they may be a bit chaotic, they do actually deliver on their promises :)”
