We came into Staines tui store to book family our holiday. We were greeted by claire who was so lovely, she helped us find the perfect package deal. Explained it all very well made our experience easy to book. Also made some amendments a few weeks later adding on upgrades etc this was a breeze thanks to claire . So Thankyou

We had a wonderful holiday thanks to Alan from TUI in Staines. He was extremely helpful and took the time to look at a number of resorts in Majorca for us. Alan?s knowledge of the island was excellent, and his recommendations were exactly what we were looking for. He was patient, attentive, and really listened to what we wanted from our holiday. We couldn?t be happier with the service and will definitely be booking with him again in the future!

Went into the store in Staines and saw Vicki. We had no destination in my mind but she went through numerous destinations options . The atmosphere was really relaxed and not at anytime did we feel under pressure to book. Succesfully found our 2025 holiday and will be booking shortly.
