Bought a £800 pound ring about 4 weeks ago that needed to be made bigger.Ring sent off, but now seems to have gone missing. Nobody in the shop has a clue as to where this ring is.Now been told that if they can?t find it we can get the money back however this must be in the form of a credit note or the money transferred back to the original account which has now been closed down.So basically we must accept a credit note from a company that can?t by the looks of it do the simplest of tasks or fight a bank we got rid off because of the same standard of service I.E non existent.At this moment in time I would not recommend this shop to anyone, totally incompetent to say the least, but very good at taking your money in the first place pity their customer service is not to the same standard.

Staff were curtious but didn?t check the watch , which should have had a battery replaced was working. I assumed it was but when I got home I realised it wasn?t working, another trip back to sort it out !!!!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, a good variety of products which are all to a great standard, and an easy to navigate layout. Only wish they could have a little more variety of products with some products being slightly lower in price, but still deserves 4/5 stars.
