I took out Turkish Lira and recently returned a small quantity to exchange into Stirling. On both occasions both transactions where carried out quickly and in a professional manner. The staff where polite, friendly and courteous. I would have no problems in using again and reccomending.

This branch has got so bad now that I have stopped using it after many years.I planned my very busy schedule for my day which was very tight. I planned to go into Staines at 09:00 and pick up some Euros for an upcoming trip. The branch is supposed to open at 09:00 and on the website it had a green open site.I arrived about 09:10 and was told the branch wasn't open and ready to serve foe about another 20 minutes. This was 20 minutes which I didn't have so had to replan my day, pay for the parking and go on to Windsor.This is not the first time the branch hasn't opened on time and is totally unacceptable.

My husband and I have been loyal customers of your Staines branch for years. But there is now a Sales Advisor (Saik) who is making "mistakes" with the change that are always in his favor, lacking money at our side 3 times. When making the claim to the costumer support, the response was in defense of Saik, although on CCTV the mishandling of Saik was clearly seen. Totally disappointed in this branch. We hope this situation is solved quickly because this person is giving a bad name to your company, and Staines does not deserve this kind of trouble. Our community should be able to trust a brand like yours which we have been using for years now with no issues.

Avoid this place!I got to the Bureau de Change just after 16:00pm (on a Sunday) and after queuing for over 10 minutes, the cashier told me that he couldn?t serve me as the person he was serving would be his last customer as they were closing at 16:20pm!Firstly, on a Sunday they are supposed to be open until 16:30pm and secondly, he saw me waiting in the queue so how come he didn?t just tell me when I walked in that I wouldn?t be served instead of waiting until I?d already been stood there for over 10 minutes!Not a very good experience and I will not be returning here for any foreign currency in future!

Terrible experience. Ordered Turkish lira online for collection that day and went that day to collect only to be told that they didn?t have my order and that I would have to collect another day as they didn?t have sufficient currency available. Avoid.

Make sure you count your money before leaving! I was given £40 less than I exchanged. Luckily I was watching when he was counting it Infront of me and I saw his mistake. He did it purposely. He didn't even apologize for it. Be careful.

Absolutely Ridiculous! They won?t let me exchange money because my signature doesn?t look exactly same as the signature on my driving license. I was 17 when I created signature and it has been more than 10 years of course my signature changed slightly. Why some people have lack common sense?
