“Had wonderful experience at Halfords, Staines branch. It was my first experience here. We along with my family visited this store in pursuit of a bike for my 9 years old son. My son wanted to try couple of bikes and we approached the staff there. Albert was so kind in assisting us he unchained a couple of bikes for my son to try and he patiently answered all of my queries in explaining the difference between the bikes we had looked at bmx and mountain bikes.Finally, we choose a bmx bike and asked whether we need to place an order because the website says collect within 1 hour. Albert quickly checked the stock and confirm the availability. He took our order directly and in 5 minutes the box was in front of us. We did the billing, got some additional accessories too with the help of Albert.Since it was my son's birthday next day we wanted to assemble the bike ourselves as didn't have much time and we walked away with the box. It was very easy with the tool set given and we fixed it ourselves.I would like to thank Albert from my bottom of my heart for his kindness and patience in handling all of our requests and getting my son's dream bmx bike. A big thumbs up to Halfords for providing the wonderful bike and service. I would recommend Halfords, Staines branch if anyone is looking for a bike.”

“Staff are friendly, the shop is well stocked but can be difficult to get round at times especially with mobility problems. Reasonably priced and knowing that money raised is going to such a good cause makes it worthwhile.”
