Delivery was fast, although didn't update via uber so was a surprise when it showed. But main thing for the 1 star here is the absolute disaster of a pizza. Ordered Italian thin base, supposed to be low cal / leaner right... not this one.. was saturated _ swimming in oil. So much so each slice was completely orange underneath on the base. And the box looked like it had been in the rain as it was holding so much oil. I was hungry so I ate most of it but now I have acid reflux and feel disgusting. Absolute trash , who QC and OKed this. ? Need to have inspectors round

Just ordered through Uber eats,I very rarely leave reviews but the two pizzas we ordered were literally perfect! Looked like what you see on the adverts,fresh and hot. Amazed.

We had Alex deliver our order and we accidently gave the wrong postcode. She called straight away and got it sorted. She was absolutley lovely and I cannot thank her enough! Now all the workshop boys are happy too. Thanks again Alex!

I ordered 13 pizzas for my daughter?s birthday party for collection.
The manager and staff were extremely helpful and made sure the pizzas were ready for me at the very early time of 11am the next day! They were trustworthy and professional and I could not recommend them highly enough! THANK YOU!!!!

We always pre order from Staines Dominos for parties -41 pizzas this week for a party of teenagers at a club! Lawrence and team do an amazing job- pizzas always arrive hot and fresh and are delicious. Can?t fault them! Also most helpful, polite and friendly service, thanks so much!

Your delivery people are terrible. They are making the road harder for people who live behind the shops even tho they shouldn't be parking there. They park their cars on the path putting the people who walk in danger. I took photos and will be taking this to council

Had some issues with deal pricing at Dominos Staines. Dominos has been kind enough to accommodate my request in an alternate way. Very impressed.

The pizza arrived cold and took over an hour to be delivered, despite the website stating 30-45 minutes. When I called to address the issue, the manager was extremely rude and unhelpful. Very disappointed with both the service and the customer care. I wouldn?t recommend ordering from this location.

Told on my app 6.50 to 7.15 delivery slot! Arrived over hour late!!! Called branch ( Staines ) ladie answering phone was just rude and kept saying YES YES like I shouldn?t be calling to ask why my pizza is taking so long! Driver turns up and tells me he got lost looking for my address! Food was cold! Will never order from Staines branch again!!!!

Food come hot which is more than most places, tastes the delicious dominos you expect. Services was speedy. Only had dealings with Alex one of the delivery drivers, she was absolutely lovely, polite and friendly. A rarity to find in this world, in the perspective of customer service and feeling genuine

We ordered in store. Unfortunately, this is one of the Domino's with only Kitchen and no seating, so we just ate in a nearby park. The pizza was really good but the cookies were superb!
