“Have yet to have a bad experience at my TKMaxx Staines branch. The point of a TKMaxx store is that one can obtain some really quality clothes/homeware with designer labels but for a much lower price. However, you have to be prepared to 'search'!My experience of the staff is........they are friendly, efficient but striving to deal with long queues of customers who are generally nice to deal with but, on occasions, can be-impatient-rude-unreasonableI visited the store yesterday (4th Dec) and was doing a 'click & collect' so had to wait until there was an available assistant. I was able to observe how relentless and busy the assistants were - a lot of this is due to the Xmas period but nonetheless, they all appeared to be coping, friendly and professional.The problem occurs when their technology/systems let them down. Then you get a backlog of customers. So maybe the 'head honchos' need to think about upgrading their systems and keep it updated!The Manager saw me waiting and was very apologetic for the wait but also proactive and found an assistant to help me. There was a problem with some items and a young lady (Shirani) stepped in to help and resolve the issue.Happy to continue shopping at TKMaxx Staines.”
