The coffee was fine, but could have done with the staff member put the milk in rather than texting friends, only when she noticed I?d got my phone out did she turn away.

I have visited Costa Coffee twice, ( in elmsleigh shopping center)and unfortunately, both times I had a disappointing experience with one of the female staff members (short hair ? I don?t know her name). Her attitude was quite impolite, and the level of service did not meet expectations. I believe customer service is a key part of the café experience, and I hope the management will take this into consideration to improve staff training and ensure a more welcoming environment for all customers.

I prefer Costa *High St* type stores - all slight different ambience.... cos they are all different shapes and sizes.
This one is in a shopping centre (mall) so it served its purpose.
4pm on a Thursday.
Plenty of seats.... low key.... staff fine

Been to Costa at Elmsleigh shopping centre just now 1pm , thursday, 13th of February 2025!
A huge woman staff cleaning their oven saw me at the counter straight away turned her back and remove the gloves she was wearing and threw it at the sink (obviously angry to serve) she then turned around to serve me, and you could feel the tension and her facial expression.
I ask for a small hot oat milk.
SHE WAS ANGRY AND RUDE , SHE RAISED HER EYEBROWS and looked at me up and down, saying ?you want milk, hot or cold!??
I said I would like a small Hot Oat milk? without me finishing this, she angrily said OAT MILK HOT OR COLD!!?!?!?
I was so humiliated and walked away!
If you are not ready to come to work or have personal issues in life,go and resign!
Do not put other company?s reputation down just because you do not want to work or serve people.
Costa management you should watch and listen at your cctvs how your staff treat customers at the counter.
This is unacceptable behavior!!!!

Really they know haw to do true and real hot caffe
I visit a lot of cafes, Costa in Surrey but only here they know how to make coffee, and it is really wonderful

I ordered an iced Americano and a cookie through Uber Eats, but the cookie was missing. I contacted Uber Eats, but ultimately did not receive a refund. The ice was all melted in the coffee. It's really bad.

It?s two fatty ladies . They are very rude . I told to warm the croasant because I like to eat warm. Both of them was verbally rude and telling people don?t know how to eat, too much work.!!!! And all. You need to change these or suggest them to talk nice with people. Because both of them are making that costa reputation down.thanks

Delightful ambience at this Costa Coffee .Nice comfortable funcy seats, overlooking the Staines shopping center.Staff was helpful & friendly.Keep up the good work ????

Customer service is terrible, the baristas are so rude, asked for an iced coffee they said they just said they didn?t have it, asked for another iced drink and they shouted at us that they don?t have any iced drinks, why didn't they explain to us in the first place they have no iced drinks or even a sign somewhere saying no iced drinks instead of shouting at us like its our fault. Not the first time having a bad experience in that place

Parking: I have a blue badge drive over from Windsor quite regularly. A Sunday browse maybe .coffee first then a wander more options fir clothes fir the older woman here shame bon marche has gone . Love the hobby shop . And after the precinct wander down the high street and more coffee .
