Visited the store on a Saturday afternoon. Despite some good offers at the entrance, the service from the staff was cold, rude and unwelcoming.

Lovely man served me today (02/10/23), didn’t catch his name but I bought a friendship bracelet, and a card and he helped me pick a bag and tissue paper to go with the gift.Service was excellent with a warm and friendly smile. ❤️
