So unhelpful and unkind especially the manager
You cannot buy a pair of shoes without an appointment, you have to wait in a queue for them to check if a pair of shoe is available then wait again to buy it
The manager was a sticking stickers on the window, telling me there is no one free to help me . And being so unprofessional and unkind when I've asked her I only need to check if they have a pair of shoes, and I will be happy to wait to buy them. But then she raised her voice at me telling me that I need an appointment. I don't know how this people become managers of big stores. So so unhelpful and unkind.. disgusting

Be smart and do not buy from Clarks for the following reasons:
1- Bad quality
2- Sales overpriced.
3- Not friendly staff.
In less than 24 hours, I?ve returned 2 pairs of shoes due to Clarks fault. However, Ive paid the fare bus transportation 12 pounds.
The supervisor refused to pay the cost of transportation although its Clarks fault due to bad quality.
She never said sorry for Clarks fault.
Now Clarks, I don?t need your sorry, what I want is the cost of transportation because it?s your mistake.
Final advise for customers:
Be smart, you have another options with much better quality and positive attitude towards the customers. Moreover, you can save your money.

I dont know what happened to the old manager woman there. She shouldn't be trained to serve the customers, especially children. Just find it so rude and not nice.

Today I had a poor experience at Clarks in Staines. I think the manager (older blonde lady) needs to adjust her attitude big time! I was with my son waiting to have his feet measured and buy new shoes. It was quite busy and the manager had a real face on her. We had been patiently waiting for 20mins! After helping a mother and her young child when it came to us, she rudely said you have to wait until the other staff member was free. I said if you are free can you not help your staff out?. Her response was NO! ABSOLUTELY NOT! Even the other staff member was embarrassed and said sorry to me. As the manager of the store, she should lead by example and not have an ?Ivory Tower? attitude?. I hope Clarks HQ look at these reviews and acknowledge (reading other reviews about the manager) that she seriously needs customer retraining or depart as she is doing the Clarks brand absolutely no favours.

Had an appointment booked to get my LO?s feet measured and for new school shoes. Yuvraj was brilliant, my LO is a bit cheeky and he handled it like a champ! Absolute credit to the store and company.

During my visit, I encountered a situation where your staff displayed rudeness and a lack of professionalism. I was surprised by their dismissive attitudes, which created an unfriendly atmosphere. As a customer, I believe everyone deserves to be treated with respect and courtesy, and this experience fell far short of those expectations.
Moreover, I was particularly troubled by an incident involving the manager, who mistakenly assumed that two groups of colour were affiliated with one another. It was clear to those of us present that the groups were separate; however, the manager's assumption not only undermined the individuality of the patrons but also perpetuated a misunderstanding based on appearance. This kind of oversight can lead to feelings of alienation and discomfort, which is unacceptable in any establishment.

On the 12th of August I was shopping around in Staines and decided to buy school shoes and trainers for my Son. A young lady called Jasneet was very helpful and efficient. She gave excellent customer services and I was very happy with the purchase. Thanks Jasneet
